Lance Wallnau

Lance Wallnau is an American evangelical preacher, televangelist, and one of the principal contemporary popularizers of the Seven Mountain Mandate framework. Based in Dallas, Texas, he is associated with the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) network. In 2001 C. Peter Wagner invited him to teach the seven-mountain concept to the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders. *Invading Babylon: The 7 Mountain Mandate* (2013, with Bill Johnson, Tier 1) brought the framework to substantial public attention. From 2015 forward, Wallnau articulated Trump as a modern-day Cyrus (Isaiah 45) prophesied for the 2016 presidency; *God's Chaos Candidate* (2016) and subsequent material developed the framework.
