Chapter summary
Paul is astonished that they are so soon removed from him that called them into the grace of Christ unto another gospel — which is not another. If any preach another gospel, let him be accursed. The gospel he preached is not after man; he received it by revelation of Jesus Christ. He rehearses his former life in Judaism, God's call through grace, and his early visits — three years to Arabia, then to Jerusalem to see Peter. Calvin marks the chapter as the apostle's bulletproof origin story for a Christ-given gospel.
